Responsibilities

  • Build long‑term relationships with customers, managing the service journey end‑to‑end.
  • Represent the Toyota brand while resolving customer needs and delivering exceptional after‑sales customer care.
  • Provide accurate estimates, manage scheduling and workshop coordination to ensure a seamless service experience.
  • Identify sales opportunities, promote genuine parts and services, collaborate with colleagues and follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • A proven high level of customer service skills and enjoyment in working with people.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within an automotive setting, but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex matters in understandable terms.
  • Ability to take initiative, own issues and maintain a proactive can‑do attitude.
  • Ability to multi‑task, switch between tasks whilst remaining organised.
  • A team player who offers help and support to others.
  • Willingness to learn and keep up to date with product and technical information.
  • Thrives in a high‑pressured environment.
  • A full UK driving licence.
