We are currently expanding our business and are now offering an exciting opportunity to join the team, as Warranty Administrator at our Milton Keynes branch. We will provide excellent training and genuine career progression opportunities in return.
Due to expansion, we are offering an exciting new opportunity to join the UK's leading Toyota group, Steven Eagell Toyota, as Warranty Trainee in Milton Keynes. The ideal candidate will have strong administration skills and have excellent communication and timekeeping skills. We are committed to your development in this role and will provide comprehensive training to progress you to a Warranty Administrator in the future.

Duties:
- Ensure warranty compliance of paperwork presented prior to claim progression
- All submissions reflect correct data
- To ensure all work has been authorised by the customer, evidenced by a signature, and that all supporting evidence is attached to the job card before any claim is made.
- To liaise with departments in order to ensure prior approval process is followed.
- Attend and maintain manufacture training as and when required.
- Use any and all manufacture applications where appropriate.
- Check for any returned or rejected claims daily and rectify via liaising with the accounts department.
