CultureTest is a frontline frontend role within the Steven.com ecosystem. You will own the front-end experience end to end, designing and shipping interfaces used by hiring teams and candidates every day, and help define how CultureTest builds product as the platform scales.
As the first dedicated frontend engineer, you will work with Next.js, TypeScript and have autonomy to shape frontend architecture, product decisions and engineering standards, with real influence over the product.
