COMPANY

Following a recent investment, we’re partnering closely with a fast-growing, mission-led travel brand operating at the intersection of community, technology and creator-led experiences. With strong early traction, repeat customers and clear direction, the business is now entering its next phase of growth - building a scalable brand and expanding its digital presence across key platforms.

MISSION

You will help define and execute how the brand shows up online. This is not a support role. You will be responsible for creating content that drives engagement, builds community and strengthens brand identity across Instagram, TikTok and emerging channels. Working directly with the Founder, your output will shape perception, growth and audience connection.

OUTCOMES

  • You consistently produce high-quality, engaging short-form content that reflects the brand’s voice and resonates with its audience.
  • Social channels grow in both reach and relevance - driven by content that feels native, timely and commercially aware.
  • Community engagement is active and considered, strengthening loyalty and connection with the audience.
  • Content workflows become more efficient and repeatable, with a steady pipeline of ideas, formats and experiments.

ROLE

  • You will create, edit and publish short-form content across core social platforms.
  • You will repurpose trip footage, user-generated content and creator assets into compelling, platform-native formats.
  • You will manage day-to-day community engagement, ensuring timely and on-brand interactions.
  • You will support creator outreach and collaborations, helping identify and activate relevant partners.
  • You will track performance, test new ideas and iterate quickly based on what works.
  • You will support campaigns, launches and ongoing brand storytelling.

COMPETENCIES

  • You have around 1 year of experience in social media or content (including internships or personal projects).
  • You understand how Instagram and TikTok work—not just functionally, but culturally.
  • You can shoot and edit video content to a high standard using mobile-first tools.
  • You have strong writing instincts and understand how to tell stories in a concise, engaging way.
  • You are organised, proactive and comfortable working at pace.
  • You take ownership of your output and are motivated by building something with purpose.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • Content consistently performs - driving engagement, shares and meaningful audience growth.
  • The brand develops a clear and recognisable voice across platforms.
  • Community interaction feels intentional, responsive and aligned with brand values.
  • Ideas translate quickly into execution, with a strong cadence of testing and improvement.
  • You become a trusted operator - someone the Founder relies on to execute and elevate the brand’s social presence.

YOU’LL THRIVE HERE IF

  • You want to be early in a high-growth brand with real momentum.
  • You’re comfortable working directly with a Founder in a fully office-based environment.
  • You enjoy ownership, pace and high standards.
  • You are creative but also disciplined in execution.
  • You want your work to directly influence brand growth and visibility.
