Join to apply for the Team Executive Assistant for Steven.com role at Steven Bartlett Private Office.

Steven.com is the definitive creator–entrepreneur holding company, pioneering a new model for building iconic, community-first businesses. At the core of our ecosystem is a globally recognised Media platform (led by The Diary of a CEO). This media engine is more than content – it is the foundation of our audience, influence, and trust. From there, we expand into two additional pillars: the Incubator, where we launch and scale the next generation of founder‐led and consumer‐first ventures, and the Fund, our external investment arm delivering market‐beating returns in companies aligned with our audience and mission. Together, these three interconnected pillars form a powerful flywheel: building, investing in, and scaling companies that elevate the standard for a healthier, happier humanity while creating exceptional enterprise value.

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join the Steven.com team, supporting key members of Steven's personal team – including the CEO and Chief of Staff of his Private Office. This is a fast‐paced, hands‐on role for someone who thrives in entrepreneurial environments. You'll manage the day‐to‐day rhythm of the business, ensuring organisation, precision, and follow‐through across a wide range of activities. Over time, this role offers the opportunity to take on more business and operational responsibilities as Steven.com scales globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diary & Scheduling: Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones; book meetings, rooms, and calls with precision and foresight.
  • Travel & Logistics: Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, accommodation, and related logistics.
  • Meetings & Follow‐Up: Prepare agendas, take notes, and ensure timely follow‐up and actioning of decisions and next steps.
  • Presentation & Document Support: Assist with preparing decks, research summaries, and meeting materials.
  • Manage and process invoices and expenses, chasing missing documents as needed.
  • Check coding of transactions and match invoices to ensure accuracy.
  • Liaise with external accounting providers and support with reconciliations.
  • Run simple reports or summaries for internal review.
  • Events & Coordination: Help book and organise offsites, dinners, and key events for the leadership and wider team.
  • Execution & Momentum: Keep ideas, projects, and initiatives moving – ensuring that plans turn into actions quickly and efficiently.
  • General Support: Can suggest processes and tools to improve systems and provide a calm, professional presence that helps the team stay organised, focused, and one step ahead.
Growth & Development

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Understands the rhythm of an entrepreneurial business, and can anticipate needs before they arise.
  • Has basic financial literacy or a strong desire to learn it – comfortable engaging with numbers, processes, and reports.
  • Wants to grow beyond traditional administration into business operations and project management.
  • Values precision, speed, and discretion – and can operate confidently in a fast‐changing environment.

Over time, the EA will take ownership of more executional business and financial tasks, working closely with the Chief of Staff and CEO to increase the speed and efficiency of the team.

Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Team Assistant, or Operations role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Basic understanding of finance or a willingness to develop it – comfortable with invoices, expenses, and working alongside accountants.
  • Proficient with AI tools, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools.
  • Calm under pressure, adaptable, and solution‐oriented.
  • Deep alignment with the Steven.com mission: building a healthier, happier, more connected humanity.
