Role Description
An excellent opportunity to be part of the Steve Willis Training Team providing administrative and learner support. Based at our Portchester centre with the very occasional requirement to travel to our Burgess Hill centre.
Actively playing a key part within the Short Course Training and administration teams. Working to our published service standards providing excellent Customer Service to our internal and external customers.
Core Responsibilities
- Candidate Pack Processing, to include but not limited to: liaising with candidates/companies for outstanding documentation, preparing candidate packs ready for submission to the certification bodies, processing results and certificates to the candidates and companies, archive paperwork, maintaining office records and the CRM for clarity.
- Work well as part of a team while managing and prioritising own workload to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner and meeting business standards of service
- To take a proactive part in the smooth running of the office and addressing any issues or problems with the support of your team and line manager
- Inputting, updating and maintaining company CRM database to ensure customer data, communication records and contact information are recorded accurately.
- Training Course Preparation, to include but not limited to: completion of course registers, classroom checks, invigilation support, course revision handouts for candidates and trainer, candidate assessment packs, booking of examinations and assessments.
- Call Handling – Answer and address incoming enquires from our customers.
- Providing and maintaining high level of Customer Service across all areas of the business
- Assist with General office duties which are shared across the team
- To attend Admin Team Meetings and contribute in a positive proactive way.
- Support colleagues across the business with administrative tasks maintain office cover requirements.
- Research, reporting and coordinating a variety of tasks and projects for colleagues.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12 months’ experience working within an Administration Team
- Experience should include customer service and call handling.
- IT literate and competent user of Microsoft Office
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Happy working in a busy environment.
