We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Trainer to join our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programmes across various disciplines, ensuring that apprentices develop the necessary skills to excel in their roles. Duties- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programmes tailored to organisational needs.
- Conduct training sessions ensuring clarity and engagement.
- Assess training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, adjusting methods as required.
- Maintain up-to-date training materials, manuals, and resources to reflect current industry standards.
- Collaborate with management to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to trainees post-training sessions.
- Monitor trainee progress and prepare reports on training outcomes for management review.
- Ensure all training activities comply with organisational policies and health & safety regulations.

- Proven experience in teaching or training roles, ideally within technical or specialised fields.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple programmes simultaneously.
- Effective interpersonal skills to motivate and engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in IT tools including presentation software, learning management systems (LMS), and virtual conferencing platforms.
- Knowledge of Electrical systems.
- Ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles and environments.
