We’re Steve Doran Property Training, a fast-growing business that helps people achieve financial freedom through property. Our audience is hungry to learn, our brand is growing fast, and now we need a social media powerhouse to help us level up.

What you’ll be doing:
- Creating exciting, scroll-stopping content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and Facebook
- Filming and editing short-form videos (you’ll be behind the camera, not in front of it)
- Writing clear, compelling copy for posts, emails, landing pages and more
- Owning the content calendar, planning, scheduling and staying ahead of trends
- Repurposing long-form content into bite-sized, high-impact posts
- Analysing performance and constantly improving based on what’s working
- Working closely with our Head of Marketing on creative campaigns, launches and live events
Who you are:
- Creative and ideas-driven. You understand what makes content engaging
- Obsessed with social. You’re always spotting trends and thinking, “how can we use that?”
- Comfortable with editing tools like CapCut, Canva or Adobe Premiere Pro
- A confident writer with an eye for clean, punchy copy
- Proactive. You don’t wait to be told, you bring ideas to the table
- Ambitious. You want to grow, get better and be part of something that’s going places
- Ideally, you’ve already made content that’s got results. Show us what you’ve done
What you get:
- A fast-moving, creative role where you’ll actually make a difference
- Loads of ownership and space to bring your own ideas to life
- A team that backs you to grow, improve and take on more
- A real link between what you do and the success of the business
- Massive potential for progression as the company scales
What to expect:
- Full-time, on-site in our Bromley office (we don't offer remote working currently)
- Some flexibility needed around launches or events
- A team that moves fast, takes action and values creativity over corporate fluff
