Account Manager - Part Time
Location: London and surrounding area.
Position Type: Part Time, 22.5 hours per week (3 days, 7.5 hours per day)
Salary: Β£21,000.00 actual pay per annum, plus annual bonus up to 20%
Benefits: Matched Pension up to 5%, Health Cover available, Mileage/Expenses

About the role
- Support the National Account Manager in managing and developing customer accounts
- Respond to customer enquiries professionally and promptly
- Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and reengage inactive customers
- Manage and develop your own portfolio of customer accounts
Customer Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records across all systems
- Produce weekly sales reports, business updates, and order status summaries
- Assist with customer forecasting and highlight opportunities to increase sales
Order & Process Coordination
- Coordinate customer onboarding and maintain compliance documentation
- Ensure accurate order processing and collaborate with the Warehouse Team to monitor progress
- Liaise with carriers and provide customers with timely delivery updates
Lead Generation & Business Development
- Research and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outreach
- Pass qualified leads to the National Account Manager and track pipeline progress
- Provide regular updates on sales activity, lead conversion, and pipeline performance
- Opportunity to support international projects in Paris and New York
Customer Visits
- Attend occasional customer visits for account engagement, merchandising reviews, and market/competitor analysis (as agreed with the National Account Manager)
Skills & Experience
- Experience in sales support, internal sales, customer service, or account administration
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident user of Microsoft Office
