Our client in the Renewable sector is recruiting a Head of Operations and Maintenance to lead their nationwide O&M function. They are looking for an experienced operational leader to take full ownership of their growing O&M division. This is not simply a technical management role. The Head of Operations and Maintenance role is a commercially minded leader who can drive department growth, improve operational performance and deliver exceptional customer service whilst maintaining profitability.

They offer a friendly and open working environment. The role is office based - Mon to Fri, occasional site visits will be required.

SALARY AND BENEFITS: £50-60 K (DOE) plus pension

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the nationwide O&M function
  • Manage service delivery, ticket management and workflow
  • Drive turnover and profitability targets
  • Develop engineers and support staff
  • Improve customer communication and retention
  • Build operational processes and accountability
  • Manage supplier and subcontractor performance
