SALARY / RATE: £15ph - £17ph (DOE) + holiday pay (Equivalent to £28,800 - £32,700 pa)
THE ROLE: This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Assistant / Graduate Electrical Building Services Engineer to join a multi-discipline environment and receive excellent on-the-job training. This is an initial 6-12 month contract; however, the long-term plan would be for this role to become permanent. The successful Assistant / Graduate Electrical Engineer will be given the chance to develop a wide range of skills in the Electrical Building Services environment and learn from a team of experienced Engineers, with a focus on developing design skills to work on a variety of construction projects. Applications are welcome from candidates who have worked in the Electrical sector and completed an Electrical Apprenticeship and would like to expand their knowledge into a more office-based design role. Also, recent Electrical Engineering Graduates who are looking to start their career in the industry.
DUTIES:
- Design of schemes using Auto Desk products. Full training provided
- Drawings and designs for BIM coordination
- Training on how to produce and understand complex calculations for electrical designs
- Produce electrical building services specifications for construction projects
- Full driving licence required
