LOCATION: Commutable from Hull, Beverley, Grimsby, Lincoln, Doncaster, Selby, York, Leeds

Hybrid role - Generally in the office 2/3 days per week

HOURLY RATE: Contract rate available on a PAYE or Ltd Co basis (outside IR35) - £27PH - £35PH.

THE ROLE: This is a contract position for 3-6 months for an experienced Architect to join this multi-disciplinary practice.

  • Working across all RIBA stages
  • Developing architectural solutions from concept to technical design and construction stages
  • Attend site meetings
  • Liaise with stakeholders
  • Coordinate consultants
  • Feasibility work

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience working as an Architect ideally with experience in housing, but all sectors of work considered
  • Be proficient with AutoCAD, Revit and 3D presentational software
  • Candidates must be a qualified Architect (ARB)
  • Direct working knowledge of UK planning and building regulations
  • The ability to run projects from inception to completion
  • Full driving licence
