THE ROLE: Our client is a well-respected, established main contractor who carry out a wide range of exciting Building/Civil projects throughout the UK including in the rail sector. They are looking to recruit an experienced Building/Civil Project Manager for a new project. This is a multi-million pound contract so candidates must have experience of working as a Construction Project Manager on projects of a significant value, specifically within the rail sector, ideally working in a live rail environment. Specific structures experience would be ideal for the role. This is a site-based role.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Significant previous experience working as a Project Manager on Building/Civil projects for a main contractor in the rail industry.
- Experience of live rail environments would be preferred.
- Extensive client liaison experience.
