LOCATION: Commutable from Leeds, Sheffield, Doncaster, York, Hull, Harrogate, Grimsby, Scunthorpe, Beverley, Lincoln, Barnsley, Rotherham, Scarborough.

The client offers a hybrid mix of home working and office-based work.

HOURLY RATE: £22 - £28 ph - Ltd Co (outside IR35) and PAYE options available. Equivalent of £42,300 - £47,600.

THE ROLE: This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Building Services Engineer to join our forward-thinking Public Sector client. They offer the opportunity to work on some exciting projects as part of their multi-discipline team working on Capital Projects. The working hours are 37 hours per week. Genuine flexible working arrangements are available. This is an initial 6-month contract with a good chance of an extension.

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

  • Previous experience working as an Electrical Building Services Engineer including the Design of schemes using Auto Desk products.
  • Well-developed technical understanding of standards and codes of practice.
  • The ability to produce building services specifications on construction projects.
  • Established IT skills with Microsoft Project programmes.
  • Experience of working on projects in the BIM environment.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Qualifications to NVQ Level 4 in a Building Services related discipline.
