THE ROLE: This is a permanent opportunity for an experienced Architectural professional to join our Consultancy client as an Architectural Design Manager. They have multiple offices across the Yorkshire region, so some travel between offices will be required as the Architectural staff under your supervision/management will be based in different locations. A base anywhere in the Yorkshire region should work well. My client offers a great working environment with opportunities for advancement. They work core hours of 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility available.
The successful Architectural Design Manager will be responsible for leading a team of 7 Architectural staff, ensuring that high levels of quality in terms of design are maintained and design deadlines achieved.
DUTIES:
- Supervision, coordination and planning of Architectural resources and liaison with the Directors in relation to architectural work.
- Oversee, mentor and guide members of the architectural team.
- Maintain accurate records of work in progress, planning and timelines.
