THE ROLE : Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager with client side experience for a new multi million pound project that is starting on site in the New Year. The contract duration is 18 months. The successful PM will represent our client who are an established and successful Multi Disciplinary Consultancy., The role will be hybrid and is likely to involve a mix of office based work with site visits as required , along with the opportunity to work from home.
The Project Manager will have demonstrable experience of NEC4 Project Management on construction projects and will play a key role in the successful delivery of the project, providing high quality project and programme management standards across the whole life cycle of the construction project.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING :

Significant client side experience working as a Project Manager on large construction schemes

Detailed knowledge of NEC contracts

Experience of working on projects involving reinforced concrete structures

Significant experience of managing stakeholders

Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicated effectively across all levels

Experience of producing monthly reports including project programmes and risk registers
