POSITION : Senior / Principal Surveyor

THE ROLE : This is a great opportunity for an experienced Land/Engineering Surveyor to join our successful and well established client. They are a Consultancy who deliver projects throughout the UK and provide innovative solutions across multiple disciplines and sectors.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING :
- Significant previous experience working in land and engineering surveying
- A Bachelor\’s degree in Geomatics, Surveying Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related field
- Strong project management and team leadership experience
- Expertise in land, topographic, construction and geodetic surveys.
- Knowledge of local surveying laws, land registration schemes and H&S standards
- Experience using – 3D scanning , Total Station / Robotics and Leica/Topcon GPS or Smart Rover
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Lead and manage surveying projects from inception to completion.
- Prepare and review technical reports, risk assessments, specifications and drawings.
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant legislation and standards.
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
- Provide expert advice to clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Supervise and mentor junior surveyors and support staff.
