HOURLY RATE: £27-29ph (Ltd Co). Please ask re PAYE options.
THE ROLE: This is a great opportunity for an experienced Technical Clerk / Document Controller to join our client who are an established Engineering/Construction contractor based in East Yorkshire. This is a contract position for a period of 12 months. Immediate start available. They work a 40 hour week (Mon to Fri) and this is an office based role. You will work closely with the Engineering team to update weld records, NDT records and general project related information.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Previous experience of working as a Technical Clerk/Technical Administrator/Document Controller or similar
- Experience of working in the Construction/Engineering sector with specific experience around piping
- Excellent Excel spreadsheet skills
- Clear communication skills
- The ability to work accurately and effectively when under pressure
