THE ROLE
Our client in the Renewable sector is recruiting a Head of Operations and Maintenance to lead their nationwide O&M function.
They are looking for an experienced operational leader to take full ownership of their growing O&M division.
This is not simply a technical management role.
The Head of Operations and Maintenance role is a commercially minded leader who can drive department growth, improve operational performance and deliver exceptional customer service whilst maintaining profitability.

- The role is office based - Mon to Fri, occasional site visits will be required
SALARY AND BENEFITS
£50-60 K (DOE) plus pension
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the nationwide O&M function
- Manage service delivery, ticket management and workflow
- Drive turnover and profitability targets
- Develop engineers and support staff
- Improve customer communication and retention
- Build operational processes and accountability
- Manage supplier and subcontractor performance
- Identify and remove delivery bottlenecks
- IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Strong electrical or technical / engineering background
- Proven service delivery management experience
- Commercial awareness
- Team leadership experience
- Ability to scale operations within a growing business
