The role involves real ownership of projects, seeing them through from tender to handover. Based at the Hull office, which has its own dedicated workshops, you will work closely with site teams, clients, and management to ensure jobs are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing contracts from start to finish after handover from the General Manager
- Leading and supporting site teams, sorting problems quickly and practically when they arise
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and suppliers
- Keeping a close eye on budgets, programmes, and progress
- Carrying out site visits to check quality and safety and ensuring all work meets industry and company standards
- Preparing and reviewing RAMS and project paperwork
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in industrial insulation, pipework, or a similar sector, ideally with 3-5 years in a similar role
- A good working knowledge of contracts and commercial terms
- A practical leader who is comfortable managing people on site
- Clear communicator who builds trust easily
- Able to juggle multiple projects without losing the detail
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
- Confident using office documents and spreadsheets
