Hybrid role - Generally in the office 2/3 days per week
HOURLY RATE: Contract rate available on a PAYE or Ltd Co basis - £23.50ph - £27ph
THE ROLE: This is a contract position for 6 - 12 months for an experienced Architectural Technician to join this multi-disciplinary practice.
- Previous experience working as an Architectural Technician, preferably working on housing/sheltered housing/apartments/social housing
- HNC/HND in an appropriate Architectural/Construction/Building discipline
- In depth knowledge of current CDM Regulations, Building Regulations and Planning practices
- Contract procedures
- Able to design using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD with clear demonstrable evidence
- Full driving licence
