The predicted salary is between 19 - 22 £ per hour.
LOCATION: Commutable from Hull, Beverley, Grimsby, Lincoln, Doncaster, Selby, York, Leeds, Sheffield. Hybrid role - Generally in the office 2/3 days per week.
HOURLY RATE: Contract rate available on a PAYE or Ltd Co basis - £23.50ph - £27ph.
THE ROLE: This is a contract position for 6 - 12 months for an experienced Architectural Technician to join this multi-disciplinary practice.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience working as an Architectural Technician, preferably working on housing/sheltered housing/apartments/social housing.
- HNC/HND in an appropriate Architectural/Construction/Building discipline.
- Good architectural experience with clear evidence of achievements.
- Experience and ability to work across all RIBA Plan of Work stages.
- Design skills and technical understanding including standards, codes of practice, regulations and industry best practice.
- In-depth knowledge of current CDM Regulations, Building Regulations and Planning practices.
- Contract procedures.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate design skills and analytical judgement and creativity to deal with complex and varied situations.
- Able to design using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD with clear demonstrable evidence.
- Full driving licence.
