POSITION: Administrator

LOCATION: Hull

HOURLY RATE: £13-15 PH + holiday pay - depending on experience

THE ROLE: This is a temporary role for around 12 weeks for an experienced Administrator. This is a part time role and you would be working 25 hours per week in the office, times to be confirmed but ideally over 5 days - Monday to Friday.

The client is a family run business who work in the Engineering sector. They offer a friendly and professional working environment.

The successful Administrator will make sure the office runs smoothly and will be involved across a number of functions within the business including HR, Training and Compliance, H&S and Quality.

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

  • Previous experience working in an office environment as an Administrator. Experience in Engineering or Construction would be ideal but is not essential.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with good attention to detail.
  • Confident written and verbal communicator.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and digital record systems.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative, with a willingness to “chip in” where needed.
