We are currently recruiting for the new role of Regional Team Leader. The Regional Team Leader will be an integral part of the team, helping with the planning of resources and assessing team performance by reviewing present and historic work orders. The role will require a good overview of all the internal systems used by Stern and help improve the quality of reporting and implementation of new procedures, to work to a high level of quality with a greater level of reporting.

The successful candidate would need to be passionate about the role, be strategically minded and self-motivated. Also, be willing to undertake training and development, as internal training will be provided to help succeed in the role. Together, we will bring out the best version of yourself.

Responsibilities
  • Planning of resources throughout the team
  • Reviewing historic work orders
  • Assessing team performance and providing feedback
  • Supporting the team in assisting to build quotations
  • Build and review working procedures for equipment on site
  • Be the interface between PM’s and onsite teams to help organise extraordinary activities
  • Provide technical assistance to the team
  • Providing team with information about recent developments and policy changes
  • Partake in meetings to help grow the team and processes
  • Conduct meetings to give feedback, one to one check-ins and performance analysis for all team members as per Stern’s procedures
  • Find and qualify local contractors for callout support and additional services
  • Manage and provide team members with adequate van stock and tools to reduce visits to suppliers

The role requires you to travel around the different regions.

Requirements
  • Experience with Fiix
  • Great leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS office tools
  • Previous experience in line management or a similar role
  • Good problem-solving skills
