We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Specialist who will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate journey from application to onboarding
Location: Remote (occasional travel to the Head office in Birmingham)

We are among the largest operators in Europe with activities in 5 Countries and over 2.8GW under management. We are specialised in proposing and executing revamping and repowering projects to enhance the performance of the assets we operate.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Agency Management
- Act as the primary contact for recruitment agencies, ensuring effective communication and delivery against agreed terms.
- Provide agencies with accurate role briefs and job descriptions.
- Screen candidate CVs and applications before presenting them to hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and ensure timely feedback.
- Track agency performance and hiring metrics, escalating issues where necessary.
Candidate Experience & Process
- Ensure a smooth and professional recruitment process for all candidates.
- Coordinate and attend interviews
- Support hiring managers with interview preparation and guidance.
Compliance & HR Administration
- Draft and issue offer letters and contracts, as directed by the HRBP.
- Manage right-to-work checks, pre-employment screening, and other compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Support onboarding activities to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
Talent Acquisition Support
- Keep track of strong candidates from previous processes to build a light candidate pipeline.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives (e.g. careers page updates, job board visibility).
- Share market insights and candidate feedback with the HRBP to support workforce planning.
- Manage LinkedIn account and search for new hires
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Previous experience in recruitment coordination
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies at once.
- Excellent communication skills and confident in liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in interviewing and supporting hiring managers
- Understanding of recruitment compliance (e.g., right-to-work checks, GDPR).
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Experience recruiting for technical/engineering roles
Desirable
- Experience working with recruitment agencies.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Knowledge of employer branding or social recruitment.
