The Role:
We\’re seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Proofreader/Documents Expert to join our Wealth Management practice team. The successful candidate will ensure all documentation is reviewed for accuracy, grammar and punctuation. Additionally, they will serve as the team\’s expert in documents management and automation.
Responsibilities:
Review and edit written materials for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting.
Ensure all content is accurate, consistent, and adheres to company/team style guidelines.
Document drafting, document automation, and template library maintenance.
Meticulously analyzing and verifying legal documentation.
Owning responsibility for making required adjustments to documentation as directed.
This position is perfect for a detail-oriented document review expert, possibly with some legal experience and a passion for precision and confidentiality.
Qualifications and attributes:
5+ years\’ experience as a Proofreader/Document Expert
Exceptional knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and spelling rules
Proficiency in utilizing modern technology, especially related to remote work equipment
Experience reviewing and coding documents for relevancy and confidentiality
Legal, Estates and/or Trusts experience beneficial
