The Role
In this role, you will provide first-class service to our Partners and internal stakeholders, while managing schedules, calendars and travel arrangements. You will collaborate with other team members globally and handle communications from internal and external parties. Responsibilities include supporting Partner time tracking, drafting client engagement letters, document formatting, using the task management system (tracking responsibilities) and ad-hoc research to support partner projects. You will ensure all administrative tasks are completed quickly and accurately with attention to detail, leveraging your law-firm experience to prioritize, liaise with stakeholders, and help ensure goals are achieved.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Partners and internal stakeholders, including calendar management, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
- Support partner time tracking and draft client engagement letters.
- Format documents and manage document workflows.
- Utilize the task management system to track responsibilities and assist with partner projects.
- Conduct ad-hoc research to support partner initiatives.
- Prioritize tasks and liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of goals.
Requirements
- 8+ years of senior administrative support experience in a law firm
- Remote working experience essential
- Fluent English (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word (fact/spell checking, formatting, proofreading, etc.)
- Calendar and inbox management, travel planning, and scheduling
- Ability to remain poised under pressure, multitask, and prioritize effectively
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Effective communication with Senior Managers/Partners and clients in a timely manner
