We are currently partnering with one of our key Banking clients on a newly created leadership opportunity to shape (and execute) the future of Technology Resilience across a complex, enterprise-scale technology estate. This is a high-profile role for an experienced technology leader who has successfully built and led resilience, production operations or service management functions within a highly regulated environment.
The Opportunity:
Reporting into senior technology leadership, you'll define and execute the Technology Resilience strategy across a global organisation, leading a team of approximately specialists responsible for ensuring critical technology services remain secure, resilient and available.
You'll establish and evolve a Centre of Excellence spanning:
- Production Operations
- Operational Resilience
- Service Continuity
- Disaster Recovery
- Incident, Problem
