Vice President | Senior ServiceNow Engineer (IRM/GRC)
We are currently working with a leading global financial services organisation seeking a Senior ServiceNow Engineer to join its growing Service Management team in London.
This is a highly visible role for an experienced ServiceNow professional with deep expertise across IRM, GRC, BCM and TPRM, looking to play a key role in the evolution of a large-scale enterprise platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the technical SME for the ServiceNow platform
- Leading the design and development of complex IRM/GRC solutions
- Driving platform governance, best practices and Health Scan optimisation
- Delivering automation, integrations and platform enhancements
- Supporting platform upgrades and strategic roadmap initiatives
- Partnering with senior stakeholders across Risk, Technology and Operations
Requirements:
- 5+ years' ServiceNow engineering experience
- Strong implementation experience across IRM/GRC modules
- ServiceNow certifications preferred
- Experience within a regulated, complex, large-scale environment
- Knowledge of DORA, ITIL, COBIT or similar frameworks would be advantageous
