A Financial Services Company, based in the City of London, is currently seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join their EMEA Technology team.
The Salesforce Software Developer will be involved in the implementation of software development efforts on the application, including coding, configuration, maintenance, installation, testing and debugging, as well as managing their timelines and producing technical documentation.
The Developer will also work closely with the business teams to maintain the Cloud Lending Originate and Sales Cloud suite implemented on the force.com platform.
This will involve developing custom solutions to extend the suite’s functionality. This may involve discussing trade-offs with other teams, such as the terms of the configuration versus the code in place or mapping the functional requirements to existing functionality.
The developer will also collaborate with corporate Enterprise Architecture teams to create technical plans and strategies as well as design, document, and implement specific initiatives to improve business processes.
Key Skills
- Ability to develop functionality using the Salesforce Platform Languages: Lightning Components (LWC), Apex and SOQL.
- Knowledge of configuring declarative tools such as flows, validation rules, dynamic forms, sharing settings, permission sets, custom metadata types and profiles.
- Knowledge using development tools such Salesforce CLI and Visual Studio Code.
- Use of tools such as Git (GitLab) and Jenkins for source control and continuous integration.
