Sterlings are currently partnering with a dynamic FinTech, who are currently looking for a Product Manager to join their Professional Services team. This person will help drive functional changes to their market leading settlements/ transactional reporting product.

Requirements;

  • Experience working is Product Management, or an Operational SME position with the relevant functional knowledge.
  • Knowledge of the front to back trade lifecycle, including transaction matching, PSET matching & Settlements
  • Knowledge of the Broke and Dealer client segment
  • The ability to depict and describing business impact assessments between current-state and various future state business models.
  • Demonstrated outstanding written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to develop and conduct presentations for clients, prospects, and executive management

Responsibilities:

  • The Product Manager will help inform and drive the long-term roadmaps of the product, while also being an individual contributor on specific workstreams and projects, including evolution of the product.
  • Liaise closely with major European clients against new strategic initiatives and external market influences, including UK and EU move to shorter settlement cycles.
  • Partner with the Application Development and Operations teams to design and implement new features, processes and capabilities which drive operational efficiency and client value
  • Provide voice of client feedback on requirements documents that may impact their initiatives or product offerings

The company operate a hybrid model, with 3 days in the office a week, based in the City of London.
