We are currently working with a leading global financial services organisation seeking a Senior ServiceNow Engineer to join its growing Service Management team in London. This is a highly visible role for an experienced ServiceNow professional with deep expertise across IRM, GRC, BCM and TPRM, looking to play a key role in the evolution of a large-scale enterprise platform.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the technical SME for the ServiceNow platform
  • Leading the design and development of complex IRM/GRC solutions
  • Driving platform governance, best practices and Health Scan optimisation
  • Delivering automation, integrations and platform enhancements
  • Supporting platform upgrades and strategic roadmap initiatives
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders across Risk, Technology and Operations

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' ServiceNow engineering experience
  • Strong implementation experience across IRM/GRC modules
  • ServiceNow certifications preferred
  • Experience within a regulated, complex, large-scale environment
  • Knowledge of DORA, ITIL, COBIT or similar frameworks would be advantageous
