Sterlings are partnered with an MSP who support over 100 clients, ranging from small firms with a handful of staff to medium sized enterprises with over 100 employees. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for their first full time role in IT, although some experience or at least a background in studying IT would be preferable. Also, whilst not essential, any certifications like CompTIA or similar would be highly advantageous.

You will join a busy help desk team providing 1st line support (currently 5 people) and will need to be both a strong communicator (on the phone and via email) and have a proactive personality. They primarily support Microsoft products and deal with anything from issues with laptops/desktops, cyber security, licensing, VOIP and networks, so you will gain excellent exposure to a broad range of technical disciplines.

You will be able to develop your skills via in-house and external training, with certifications highly encouraged. If you are willing to learn and show initiative, then this is a great place to start your career in IT.

Given this is an entry level role, you will need to be in the office 5 days per week (South Croydon), so it is important you can commute easily. Please note this employer cannot offer visa sponsorship, so you must be eligible to work in the UK without restriction.
