Sterlings are currently partnered with an Investment Bank who are looking to hire an Application Support Analyst, to join their Front Office Rates & Credit Technology Team.

The team provide support and maintenance across various desks and multiple asset classes including credit and interest rate derivatives.
The team also employs a data-driven approach to driving production stability via metrics and reporting, partnering closely with Application Development teams and external vendors in driving Production Stability and Continuous improvement.
The Application Support Analyst will also be responsible for helping improve processes, fixes and enhancements, and Co-ordinate software releases in UAT and Production environments.
Other duties also include updating support documentation and owning the development once released.
Experience required;
- Strong Application Support experience within a financial trading environment.
- Solid business knowledge of derivative products (interest rate swaps, credit default swaps, exchange traded futures and options, convertible bonds).
- Proven technical analysis and investigatory skills with ability to work within a high-pressured environment. Stack includes Ulinx/Linux and SQL Server
- Ideally experience or knowledge across ION Marketview and Bloomberg TOMS
