The Business Manager will help support the COO, Head of Digital Engineering Services and Department Heads with the business management and governance of the department’s operations. This role will take many forms comprising governance, reporting, business management and administration, resource management, vendor management, communications, monitoring of finance and budget and keeping stakeholders up to date. The role will involve working closely with the Technology leadership team, supporting them in communication efforts across the bank and promoting strategic initiatives and benefits.
Experience required:
- Prior Business Management and Support Governance Experience
- Prior experience working within a COO function
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced support role in a corporate environment, with extensive Business Support experience
- Experience interacting effectively with Senior Management
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with Senior Management providing business management support
- Experience of supporting an extended leadership team, directly reporting to L2 Management or above (desirable)
- Prior Financial Management Experience and exposure
- Experience of departmental level budget maintenance
