A Bank in the City of London is currently seeking a German speaking Application Support Analyst to help support multiple applications across Back Office systems. The Application support person will be responsible for BAU /Triage, 1st /2nd line support to ensure high availability of supported applications for internal and external customers. The team also manage upgrades / patching to ensure supported software is in place. Other tasks involve providing audit and compliance information as requested by stakeholders, as well ensuring SLA’s are met and working closely with vendors, building key relationships. Experience Required; Proven Application Support skills German speaker Windows / SQL Statement writing Management of change in a complex environment Working across multiple branches to support key applications Knowledge of SWIFT, MQ, Financial Services experience is beneficial
