Our client is a mid-sized Investment Bank with coverage across global markets. They are building a new team of Engineers focused on providing assurance across the firm's AI tools and platforms (both in production and use case stages), with the goal of implementing strong governance and ensuring compliance standards are met.

You'll face off to a wide range of engineering teams, so will need to have a background in software engineering in order to be able to understand the platforms (code review level). The role itself isn't hands-on, so no specific programming languages are needed, but it's crucial you come from an SE background.

You are likely to be an outgoing engineer with a passion for engaging stakeholders rather than focused purely on coding expertise. This role will involve some tool development in areas like compliance as a service as they build out tooling, but is more of an advisory team than delivery. This role would suit someone looking to broaden their skills and move away from heavy coding.

You must have recent experience with AI software and have worked in a Financial Services firm.

Please note the client operates a hybrid policy with 3 days per week in the office.
