About the Role

As a Trainee Manager, you will develop an understanding of business development, customer engagement, client relations and day‑to‑day business operations. • Professional development: Strengthening your communication, organisation, problem‑solving and commercial awareness skills.

As you develop, you may have opportunities to gain experience in team leadership, mentoring, recruitment, onboarding, campaign management and performance development, depending on your progress and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Assist with the planning and delivery of client campaigns and business development activities.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and clients.
  • Support the monitoring of campaign results, targets and performance indicators.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to help coordinate daily activities and business operations.
  • Participate in training sessions, coaching and management development activities.
  • Apply feedback to improve your performance, communication and professional skills.

What We’re Looking For

We are interested in people who demonstrate:

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn new skills.
  • An interest in business management, leadership, sales or business development.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Professionalism, reliability and a positive attitude towards feedback.
  • Motivation to develop professionally and take on additional responsibility over time.

Experience is not essential. Full training and ongoing guidance will be provided to help you understand the role and develop your capabilities.

  • Ongoing coaching, feedback and professional mentorship.
  • Opportunities to progress towards leadership responsibilities based on performance and business needs.
  • Practical experience in customer engagement, client relations and campaign coordination.
