Team Leader - Client Static Data12 Month (FTC, then potential to go perm)London/HybridCirca £55,000Purpose of the RoleSterling Williams are working alongside a great Investment Management firm based in the heart of the city. The Team Lead, is responsible for leading the Client Static Data team, ensuring the accurate, timely and controlled maintenance of client, adviser and account data across all systems. The role is accountable for delivering high-quality service, maintaining strong risk and control standards, supporting regulatory compliance and driving continuous improvement.
This role plays a critical part in protecting data integrity, supporting operational efficiency and ensuring an excellent experience for clients, advisers and internal stakeholders throughout the client lifecycle.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & People ManagementLead, motivate and develop the Client Static Data team.
Set clear objectives and performance expectations.
Conduct regular one-to-ones, coaching sessions and performance reviews.
Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
