Sterling Williams are working alongside a great Investment management company who are seeking a permanent member of staff to join their Corporate Actions team.
Purpose ·Maintain accurate security static data, pricing and exchange rate information. ·Support end-to-end corporate actions and income processing activities. ·Act as a key operational contact for internal stakeholders and third-party service providers. ·Contribute to operational excellence, risk reduction and process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities ·Provide oversight support on equities, funds, bonds, ETFs, futures and related instrument setup. ·Maintain daily security pricing and exchange rates including forwards. ·Perform price validation, price checking and manual pricing activities. ·Conduct ISA eligibility and instrument setup reviews. ·Act as escalation point for static data and pricing queries. ·Disseminate corporate action notifications to relevant business areas. ·Process mandatory and voluntary corporate actions and associated client instructions. ·Ensure client and fund entitlements are processed accurately. ·Revi...
