Corporate Actions, Static Security Data & Pricing Specialist Permanent London/Hybrid Salary circa 45,000 - Β£50,000 Sterling Williams are working alongside a great Investment management company who are seeking a permanent member of staff to join their Corporate Actions team. Purpose Maintain accurate security static data, pricing and exchange rate information. Support end-to-end corporate actions and income processing activities. Act as a key operational contact for internal stakeholders and third-party service providers. Contribute to operational excellence, risk reduction and process improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Provide oversight support on equities, funds, bonds, ETFs, futures and related instrument setup. Maintain daily security pricing and exchange rates including forwards. Perform price validation, price checking and manual pricing activities. Conduct ISA eligibility and instrument setup reviews. Act as escalation point for static data and pricing queries. Disseminate corporate action notifications to relevant business areas. Process mandatory and voluntary corporate actions and associated client instructions. Ensure client and fund entitlements are processed accurately. Review late dividend reporting and investigate exceptions. Review error and reversal notifications and coordinate corrective actions. Process proxy voting activity and related administration. Resolve corporate action and income-related enquiries. Stakeholder Management & Continuous Improvement Build strong relationships with investment teams, dealing desks, custodians, auditors and service providers. Support business projects and change initiatives. Identify procedural improvements and operational efficiencies. Maintain procedure and process documents and ensure adherence to controls. Provide management information and operational reporting as required. Skills & Experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to interpret and summarise large quantities of information. Advanced/intermediate Excel skills. Experience with Bloomberg, ICE, Morningstar and/or Pershing desirable. Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. Demonstrated initiative, ownership and problem-solving capability. Knowledge Securities pricing experience. Knowledge of equities, bonds, funds, ETFs and fixed income instruments. Corporate actions and income processing knowledge. Understanding of operational risk and control environments.
