We are seeking an experienced NDT Technician with a minimum of 2 years industry experience to carry out non-destructive testing and inspection activities on pressure vessels and associated components within the oil and gas / Power industries. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring products meet industry standards, customer specification and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Perform non-destructive testing on pressure vessels, welds and fabricated components.
- Conduct inspections using:
- Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)
- Dye Penetrant Testing (PT)
- Radiographic Testing (RT)
- Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
- Interpret and evaluate inspection results in accordance with relevant codes and standards.
- Prepare accurate inspection reports and maintain quality documentation.
- Work closely with production, welding and quality teams to resolve inspection findings.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department.
- Minimum 2 years experience as an NDT Technician
- PCN Level 2 Certification in:
- MT
- PT
- RT
- UT
- Experience in oil and gas industry.
- Knowledge and experience inspecting pressure vessels, welded fabrications and associated components.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawing and welding documentation.
