We are currently supporting one of our clients in the search for a Family Solicitor to join their reputable legal team. The successful candidate will manage a varied privately funded family law caseload, including divorce, child arrangements and financial matters. The role offers the opportunity to join a supportive and professional environment with a strong focus on client care and quality legal service.
Responsibilities
- Managing a varied family law caseload from instruction through to conclusion
- Advising clients on divorce, child arrangements, financial settlements and separation matters
- Drafting legal documentation including applications, witness statements, consent orders and court documents
- Representing clients at hearings and negotiations where required
- Maintaining accurate case management records and ensuring compliance with relevant procedures and deadlines
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through clear and professional communication
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in family law
- Ability to manage family law matters independently
- Experience handling privately funded family work preferred
- Strong communication, organisational and client care skills
- Comfortable managing competing deadlines within a busy practice environment
- Proficient with legal case management systems and document drafting
