We're supporting a fantastic business in the property maintenance industry to recruit a Repairs & Voids Manager to lead and oversee a busy housing contract based in Nottingham. This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about delivering high-quality services to residents and improving operational performance.
About the Role
You will lead a team of regional multi trade team including supervisors, to deliver repairs, voids, and planned / cyclical works. You'll ensure contracts, budgets, and service standards are met, and drive improvements in customer satisfaction, compliance, and value for money.
