What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building Customer Relationships
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing SME clients.

    • Deliver a high level of personalised service and ongoing support.
  • Training
    • Complete a comprehensive 12-month development programme covering sales strategy, negotiation, customer success, and market positioning.
    • Learn through a blend of residential training, classroom sessions, shadowing, and hands-on field coaching.
  • Account Management
    • Support clients post-onboarding, assisting with pricing, billing, queries, and service enhancements.
    • Position yourself as a trusted advisor, solving problems effectively and collaboratively.
  • Performance
    • Work towards clear performance milestones linked to progression opportunities.
    • Earn additional commission on top of your salary.
