The role involves working within a department, based at our Birmingham HQ on the Birmingham Business Park (near the NEC and Birmingham International Railway Station):
- Using internal systems to create documentation that will enable freight to be moved to customer specifications, on time, with all necessary customs and legal documentation, including:
- Raising customs documentation to ensure the freight can move from country to country.
- Collating all documents and distributing them to customers and carriers, as required.
- Preparing, processing, and checking invoices.
