This is a front-end sales role focused on generating and qualifying new business opportunities. You’ll be responsible for building a strong pipeline by engaging with business leaders, opening conversations and creating high-quality opportunities for the wider sales team.

Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify and engage potential clients across target sectors
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and social platforms
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities
- Generate and qualify leads through discovery conversations
- Manage and track activity through CRM systems
- Follow up on inbound and marketing-generated enquiries
- Maintain consistent outreach activity to achieve targets
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Resilient and comfortable handling objections and cold outreach
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Experience in sales, business development, recruitment or lead generation
- Willing to travel to events (Valid UK passport is essential)
- Happy to work in the office 5 days a week
- £35k-£40k salary plus an achievable bonus structure
