This position plays a critical role in the pre-construction phase, focusing on large-scale industrial and logistics projects across the country. Key Responsibilities * Cost Estimation & Analysis: Prepare accurate, detailed cost estimates and commercial tenders for industrial and logistics developments. * Quantity Measurement: Carry out precise quantity take-offs and measurements from architectural and structural drawings. * Subcontractor Enquiries: Issue detailed packages to sub-contractors and suppliers, critically analyzing quotes to ensure competitive pricing and alignment with specifications. * Risk Assessment: Identify potential commercial risks and opportunities during the tender process, presenting mitigation strategies to senior management. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal design, engineering, and procurement teams to align technical capabilities with commercial requirements.
