What You’ll Be Doing Building Customer Relationships
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing SME clients
- Gain an understanding of customers IT operations and identify opportunities for improvement
- Deliver a high level of personalised service and ongoing support
Training & Development
- Complete a comprehensive 12-month development programme covering sales strategy, negotiation, customer success, and market positioning
- Learn through a blend of residential training, classroom sessions, shadowing, and hands-on field coaching
Account Management
- Support clients post-onboarding, assisting with pricing, billing, queries, and service enhancements
- Position yourself as a trusted advisor, solving problems effectively and collaboratively
Performance & Career Progression
- Work towards clear performance milestones linked to progression opportunities
- Earn additional commission on top of your salary from all the accounts you manage
