The client we’re supporting is a main contractor focused on delivering high-quality construction projects. The business operates across sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare and MSCP. This is a great opportunity for a Revit specialist to gain experience with a fantastic business delivering multi-million-pound projects (£5m-£25m).
Customer-focused creation of project designs for turnkey developments, including presentation materials for commercial, industrial, MSCP and residential sectors.
Independent preparation of complete concept designs for planning applications and building application documentation through to sign-off.
Delivery of architectural GAs and detailed drawings, including technical coordination of specialist design subcontractors.
Support in the development of design concepts based on the contractor’s building systems, including preparation and presentation of documentation.
Delivery of projects using the CAD tool Revit.
- Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a similar discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience using Autodesk Revit.
- Strong experience in the design and planning of turnkey projects.
- Proven ability to develop detailed designs in Revit (essential).
- Experience across residential, commercial and education projects.
- Demonstrable knowledge of design principles, construction techniques, technical requirements and building regulations.
£40,000–£50,000 depending on experience.
Excellent working environment in a brand-new office space, 10 minutes walk from Putney.
4 days in the office, 1 day from home.
